- N. 1 Branch Manager per le filiali di VENEZIA e TREVISO

**Descrizione e Mission del Ruolo**:
Il Branch Manager, è il responsabile della Filiale affidatagli, e della fornitura dei servizi ai Clienti presenti nel territorio di competenza.

**Deliverable e task principali**:
Pianifica il budget annuale di vendita e i costi previsti per la Filiale.

Si adopera per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Filiale assegnati, sia in termini quantitativi che in termini qualitativi

Effettua analisi del territorio di competenza ed esegue una mappatura, attraverso contatti e visite, dei Clienti attuali e prospect.

Sottoscrive i contratti di fornitura di personale in somministrazione, assicurandone la corretta e tempestiva esecuzione, e dei contratti di assunzione/proroghe, secondo le normative contrattuali e di legge in vigore.

Applica le tecniche di fidelizzazione del Cliente, per rendere il rapporto commerciale proficuo e duraturo

Coordina e gestisce il personale di Filiale affidato.

Condivide e promuove la Mission dell’Azienda, al fine di rappresentarla al meglio nel territorio di competenza.

Definisce le condizioni di pagamento per i Clienti della Filiale. Monitora e recupera il credito degli stessi.

Monitora il conto economico della Filiale, proponendo interventi correttivi, per ridurre al minimo lo scostamento tra previsionale e consuntivo.

Moderni processi di marketing e vendita

Costruzione del budget di Filiale

Capacità di gestione di un Conto Economico, di forecasting e reporting sulle vendite

Capacità di contatto, di comprensione e penetrazione nel mercato locale

Conoscenza Gestionali ApL (Whitnet, Intiway, ecc)

Pacchetto Office Automation

**Caratteristiche e Requisiti offerta**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in Agenzie per il Lavoro
