In ottica di potenziamento del Team, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Junior Project Manager da inserire all’interno del Dipartimento R&D della nostra sede di Rosate (MI).
Come Project Manager, ti occuperai di coordinare progetti di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, dal concept all’industrializzazione, fino alla produzione in serie. Nello specifico, le principali attività saranno:
Guidare il team di progetto e garantire un adeguato livello di comunicazione a diversi livelli dell'organizzazione;
Gestire e supervisionare i progetti in tutte le loro fasi al fine di massimizzare il ritorno di investimento;
Mantenere i contatti con i fornitori e gli stakeholder del progetto;
Monitorare i risultati raggiunti, individuando le eventuali criticità di progetto e definendo le eventuali azioni correttive;
Supervisionare la gestione delle attività tecniche dei vari dipartimenti coinvolti, fornendo input e garantendo il corretto flusso informativo e l’efficace allineamento rispetto a milestones di progetto.
**Requisiti**:
Laurea ambito tecnico/scientifico;
Capacità di negoziazione, tensione al risultato, problem solving;
Eventuale formazione specifica in ambito Project management e/o Agile PM sarà considerata un plus;
Gradita esperienza pregressa, anche breve nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo prodotto e/o in ambito industriale.
E' previsto un percorso di affiancamento e formazione con un Senior Project Manager
