**Position Summary**

Drive the Omnichannel Category Strategy on the local market based on local shoppers’ profiles for Cereals and Bars.

Develop effective and compelling storytelling in-line with channel picture of success.

Lead the improvement of prefect in-store execution through the constant connection with One team.

**A day in the life of the Shopper Marketing Specialist**:

- Develop shopper initiatives in order to attract and convert more shoppers to the category through a clear shopper comprehension
- Tailor the European Picture of Success to the needs and requirements of the Market
- Gather insights to improve category understanding and to take correct actions on category and customers
- Build solid trade stories to engage internal and external stakeholders by enhancing the strengths vs the competition
- Develop pop materials to engage the shopper and increase sell out in Retail & Out of Retail
- Define for each channel the right on-shelf and off-shelf display guidelines
- Monitor the main sell-out execution KPIs: price, promo, distribution and extra display
- Be the point of contact for the Commercial Development Team budget and ROI evaluation for main activities
- Responsible for relationship and communication with sell-out team
- Responsible for Tailor made activation with POS development.
