**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- We are looking for a self-driven individual with a background in both technical writing & digital content creation for Azure Cloud Solutions to help develop, grow and organize the Power BI services and Data Lake (single source of truth) technical documents in the context of Kyndryl’s business use cases to accelerate the adoption of the Self-Service analytics capabilities.
- The Enterprise Data & Insights team for Azure Data & AI/ML products and services is investing heavily in content that brings together multiple technologies that address real-world customer scenarios. We are looking for an experienced cloud solution expert with exceptional writing and collaboration skills to write and manage architecture and best practices content to accelerate adoption and deployment of Power BI Self-Service capability across Kyndryl in a short span of time.**What we can offer**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Job Requirements
- Experience in technical writing & content creation and management for Azure Cloud Solutions.
- Proven track record of creating original written & video content for internal new products and self-service driving adoption of transformations.
- Familiarity or experience with Data, Analytics, Dashboards, KPIs, and measurement in general.
- Experience working directly with development teams
- Experience with XML-based authoring systems
- Drive documentation planning with engineering teams.
- Independently follow designs and standards to develop and deliver documentation for Azure products.
- Work as part of a team to produce conceptual, how-to, and API reference documentation for Azure products.
- Fluent in English. Spanish a plus but not required.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
- Has a “whatever it takes” attitude. Been There Done That.
- A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging complex environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
