Are you a Healthy & Safety specialist? Do you want to work in the largest logistics organization in the world?
- ** Your Role **:The Contract Logistics Safety & Health Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function. Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers. Is part of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Department and support to manage, monitor, coordinate processes to guarantee the compliance with standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Execute risk assessments, accident and incident analyses
- Support in organizing inspections aimed to ensure safety and health controls are adequate and maintained as intended
Business advisory
- Collaborate to advise operational managers, supervisors, and employees in all matters related to safety and health
- Is accountable for following and upholdingstandards, internal procedures, and work instructions' observance
- Assist with continuous improvement and complience with applicable regulations and standards of the environmental management system
- Warehouse security
- Support to elaborate and manage the DVR and DUVRIs, maintaining the KPIs in accordance with the company policy
Wellbeing
- Support in executing defined activities to ensure wellbeing at work

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an international environment, leading complex projects is preferred
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
