Smart Skills Center Agenzia per il lavoro seleziona, per primaria multinazionale con sede in provincia di Chieti, zona Val di Sangro, la figura di:
**LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST**

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- sviluppo e implementazione di nuovi percorsi formativi in linea con le esigenze organizzative aziendali;
- Analisi dei fabbisogni e redazione di piani formativi innovativi;
- Selezionare i docenti e organizzare le attività d'aula;
- Monitorare le attività formative, revisionare il materiale didattico

Requisiti:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo presso contesti aziendali strutturati;
- Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici con particolare riferimento a MS Excel;
- Comprovate capacità organizzative, familiarità con statistiche e report;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team;
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
