**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Umfassende Überwachung der Bautätigkeit während der gesamten Bau
- und Inbetriebnahmephase bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
- Bereitstellung positiver, klarer, präziser und transparenter Berichte für den Projektleiter.
- Überwachung und Zertifizierung der Erreichung von Baumeilensteinen, Test
- und Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSEQ-Anforderungen und -Standards.
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Bewertung von Design
- oder technischen Änderungen des Projekts, sowie beim Projektbudget.
- Erstellung und Pflege einer umfassenden Projektdokumentation vor Ort.
- Organisation von und Teilnahme an Besprechungen vor Ort mit Auftragnehmern, HSEQ-Managern und bei Bedarf mit externen Bauleitern, technischen Beratern und Ingenieuren des Eigentümers sowie örtlichen Behörden und Erstellung eines von allen Parteien unterzeichneten Sitzungsprotokolls.
- Pflege der Beziehungen zu allen an der Baustelle beteiligten Parteien, einschließlich lokaler Behörden, TSO/DSO-Vertretern, Beratern und Grundstückseigentümern.
- Beaufsichtigung, Motivation und Leitung von Auftragnehmern, Schaffung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**
- Bachelor/Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen.
- Beherrschung der englischen und italienischen Sprache, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Solarbranche;
- Kenntnisse der multidisziplinären Tätigkeiten im Bauwesen: Elektrik, Mechanik, Bauwesen, HSEQ, Umwelt
- Kenntnis der nationalen und internationalen technischen Normen für den Bausektor und für Photovoltaikanlagen
- EU-Führerschein;
- Bereitschaft zu lernen, innerhalb standardisierter Prozesse/Verfahren zu arbeiten und kontinuierliche Bemühungen um Prozessverbesserungen
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Entscheidungsfindung/Problemlösung.
- Selbständig Arbeitsweise; Fähigkeit, Prioritäten und Ziele festzulegen
