Internship opportunity

We are looking for an intern for our Education Center (ITEC) & Language Center, the two University's Centers in charge of managing, respectively, and linguistic training for Bocconi students and staff.

Both the Centers manage:
1) The design and delivery of training included in the study plans of the University Degree Program;
2) The organization of the supplementary activities;
3) The management of language and certifications.

The intern will get the chance to learn about the educational offer of the university's and language courses, manage relations with the different stakeholders, improve his|her work organization skills and his|her use of professional tools.

In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:

- Support in the organization of curricular and extra-curricular courses (enrollment, logistics, scheduling, communications, analysis of feedback and data on participants, preparation of certificates)
- Providing information to students on the activities of ITEC and Language Center
- Support in the conversion of language certificates submitted by students as an alternative to the internal exam
- Support in managing the student information requests
- Operational assistance to professors and tutors
- Support in the organization of exam sessions for language and certifications

**Requirements**:

- Graduated with a Master's Degree with outstanding academic path
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Work|study|life experience abroad or in international|multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Soft skills:
good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from October.
