Il nostro cliente è un importante gruppo multinazionale del mondo dell’energia, attivo principalmente sul settore dell'alta tensione.

In ottica di potenziamento dell’organico, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare una figura di Project Manager che riporterà direttamente al Operation Manager, e sarà responsabile del progetto dalle sue fasi iniziali fino alla consegna presso il cliente.

La persona dovrà coordinarsi con le varie aree aziendali definendo e gestendo il budget, le risorse e la documentazione, garantendo la conformità del prodotto finale con le specifiche di progetto e le politiche aziendali.

Si occuperà di monitorare quotidianamente lo stato di avanzamento del progetto, mantenendo aggiornata la pianificazione e destinando le varie risorse in base alle esigenze.

Per il ruolo è richiesta una formazione ingegneristica, breve esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti e familiarità con l’ambito industriale/manifatturiero.

Completano il profilo autonomia, spiccato orientamento al problem solving e ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione trasversale con il cliente e le altre aree aziendali.

È richiesta la conoscenza lingua dell’inglese.
