Provide an excellent and personalised guest experience according to our service standards Lead and coordinate the banqueting team (outsourced); Organize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and / or F&B Manager; Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures; Maintain a professional relationshipwith guests and colleagues; Anticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints; Inventory and requisitions:
assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries; Comply with health and safety regulations. RequirementsCompetencies required:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English; a third language is preferred; Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines; Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Exceptional customer service skills; Passion for hospitality and ambition to grow professionally; Flexibility to work on weekends and rotating schedule.
