Maintenance Expert

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Maintenance Coordinator in his daily activities and learn his know-how with a view to professional growth;
- Start to learn the dynamics of project management and interface with other functions;
- Become responsible for the workshop when the Maintenance Coordinator is absent;
- Perform electrical/mechanical repairs and maintenance activities (ordinary and extraordinary) of the plant's production facilities;
- Make diagnostics and malfunction identification;
- Replace a broken component by taking it from the spare parts warehouse;
- Identify areas of improvement in the maintenance system and propose activities to reduce malfunctions, breakdowns and prevent accidents ;
- Participate in maintenance meetings by giving feedback on your activities;
- Collaborate with the plant team on the 6S continuous improvement project.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of electrical circuits with PAV and PEI qualification
- Flexibility to deal with emergencies
- English: intermediate, B1
- Strong willingness to grow and develop your career as a Coordinator
