**Hotel Melia Genova is currently looking for a **Night Auditor.**

He is responsible for reception activities during the nightshift.

The resource ensures:

- The carrying out of administrative and accounting operations at the end of the day, closing and reporting activities and their sending to hotel Depts.
- Taking care of Guests’ requests and problems,
- Strictly complies with Company procedures and standards,
- Sharing information and communication with Day Shift Colleagues in a timely manner to always guarantee our accurate and attentive Guests care

We’re looking for a profile with:

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. A third language is preferred;
- Professional experience for 3/4 years, preferably within the same role in hospitality sector;
- Consolidated ability to manage treatments to maintain quality standards;
- Guest orientation, reliability, problem solving
- Precision, attention to detail, enthusiastic personality
