Marcom collaterals, graphic design, image library, shooting, editing, videos, templates production, digital expertise, SEO and much more.
Plus Agency also offers advice and project management, support in content strategy and content conception, production, distribution and performance monitoring. Currently employing more than 30 creative experts who know Worldline from the inside and are committed to providing first-class services.
Plus Agency is currently looking for new talents in particular a project managerin order to join its existing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Manage the relationship with internal clients of the MarCom AgencyIdentify the best resources within the MarCom Agency to answer clients needs & requestsManage day-to-day content execution operationsManage projects planning, ensure projects meet deadlines and adapt projects if necessaryOversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and deliverablesManage operational issues and risks associated to projects, be responsible for projects quality and manage regular projects review and reportGuarantee good collaboration, development, and improvement of work process within and outside the MarCom Agency Signs of success
Ability to manage a full digital project and a team, with experience in content executionGood relationship-building and interpersonal skills that allow to adapt easily to different interlocutorsThoughtful and attentive to understand the needs of the clientsExperience with content for Website including; video, brochure, infographics, social media posts and white papers Skills we cant do without
Great sense of service, a good sense of analysis and synthesisExcellent organization skills, pro-active and rigorousReal team player who loves to work with various people and shareCustomer orientedEnglish:
fluent (additional German or Italian language skills would be a welcome bonus but not essential) Skills we'd like
