**_ This is a part-time on-call (PTOC) position. (*Substitute and replace personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the Administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.)_**
**Job Overview**
A Bilingual Support Assistant is needed to provide general administrative and linguistic support and assistance to the Army Community Service (ACS) Center, Caserma Ederle, Italy. In order to facilitate adaptation, educational and informational awareness in support of Service members, family members, and the Department of Army Civilians (DA).
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in office administration, answering phones, fax and copier machines, and providing customer service.
- Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, writing, and reading). Exhibit the ability to communicate in the English and Italian languages, with a resume, reference, and/or proof of education.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows.
**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**_: _
- Perform general administrative, customer service, and organizational tasks in support of operations,
- programs, and services provided by ACS. Tasks assigned by the COR may include general office work and program support.
- Perform written and verbal translations for Service members, family members, and Department of Army Civilians (DACs) assigned to the USAG Italy of a non-legal, non-medical nature that will assist in the integration and adaptation to the overseas environment. These services may include but are not limited to, providing Soggiorno Permit extension requests, reading and explaining electrical, mechanical, or related bills, and correspondence associated with living and working in a foreign country.

- Create and maintain data tracking, monthly, on the CTS report. The contractor shall provide monthly statistics to the Program Manager, no later than the second day of the following month, for the previous month.
