**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented R&D Laboratory Specialist Waferati who will support the DTC Department Premium Chocolate in the development of a successful cross-country range of new products.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the management in managing all laboratory activities.
- Ensures the timely and efficient execution of all laboratory tests in accordance with the evolution of the legislation, ensuring analytical and interpretative reliability to protect the consumer
- Support the manager in proposing solutions aimed at improving product related aspects, raw materials, semi-finished products and all production processes
- Ensures the organization of the laboratory
- Ensures the sampling required for tastings, sensory analysis, taste tests

- Participate in the study of new doses and provide for their drafting
- Supporting the decision making process
- Managing and developing resources

**Who we are looking for**:

- Degree in Food Technology or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in R&D laboratories in food industries
- Production dynamics
- Sample management,
- Supply of raw and semi-finished products
- Techniques such as chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobatura, doses preparation.
- Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP.
