**Descrizione del lavoro** I nostri Sales Associates**:

- Offrono una shopping experience fantastica salutando ogni cliente e facendo conoscere il marchio Skechers
- Vendono ai clienti i nostri fantastici prodotti spiegando loro caratteristiche e vantaggi e consigliando calzature e accessori che soddisfano e superano i loro desideri
- Prevengono le perdite e deliziano i clienti dimostrando accuratezza e integrità in ogni transazione
- Trattano il negozio come se fosse il loro, assicurandosi che il piano vendita sia sempre ben fornito, perfettamente pulito, prezzato correttamente secondo i nostri standard elevati
- Lavorano con precisione e ritmo serrato per elaborare le spedizioni, ricevere, pulire e riempire il negozio entro le scadenze
- Garantiscono che la loro energia positiva e il loro entusiasmo per le persone siano condivisi con ogni cliente e membro del team ogni giorno
- Seguono la politica e le procedure, nonché le migliori pratiche operative per garantire un negozio sano, sicuro e redditizio

**Qualifiche** Core skills per Sales Associate**:

- Essere in grado di svolgere più attività mantenendo eccellenti livelli di servizio al cliente
- Prevenire le perdite non perdendo mai l'attenzione e assicurandosi sempre che il servizio al cliente sia proattivo, accurato e affidabile
- Preferibilmente avere già esperienza di vendita al dettaglio/servizio clienti in un ambiente orientato al lavoro di squadra
- Essere in grado di comunicare chiaramente sia per iscritto che verbalmente in inglese (o altra lingua pertinente)
- Avere abilità matematiche di base tra cui addizione, sottrazione, moltiplicazione e divisione
