- Neolaureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale, economia e business o in discipline scientifiche incluse CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie e affini
- Studente/essa o Neolaureato/a in Master di Business Management (requisito preferibile ma non mandatorio)

**Altri requisiti**:

- Elevata conoscenza dell’inglese - viene testato a colloquio
- Conoscenza della lingua locale (italiano)
- Ottime conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Power Bi e Visual Basics
- Capacità di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali
- Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Senso di responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati
- Curiosità e desiderio di imparare e mettersi in gioco
- Dimostrare di poter ragionare strategicamente, analiticamente, e concettualmente
- Essere efficace nella risoluzione di problemi

**Contesto**

La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell’area GPS (GSK Production System) la cui responsabilità è lo sviluppo all’interno dell’organizzazione di un modello di lavoro che opera attraverso l’applicazione di standard Lean e 6Sigma quali Performance Management, DMAIC, Standard Work, Zoning e 5S, Leader Standard Work e Cultura del Miglioramento Continuo. La risorsa in affiancamento al Tutor aziendale apprenderà gli standard citati per poi lavorare a contatto dei rappresentanti delle varie aree dell’organizzazione per eseguirne il deployment e la verifica dell’applicazione.

Sar cura della risorsa l’elaborazione di dati originati dalle aree dell’organizzazione così come la creazione di dashboard excel e power bi.

Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso, coinvolgendo diverse funzioni e linee gerarchiche.

**Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento**:

- Supporto del GPS Lead nell’elaborazione di dati per creazione reporto destinati al management
- Supporto del GPS Led nella creazione di dashboard excel o power bi
- Creazione di slide a supporto di divulgazione materiale ed eventuale traduzione inglese/italiano o italiano/inglese
- Supporto nell’ execution del piano di deployment One GPS (obiettivo chiave del team)

**Competenze da sviluppare**:

- Comprendere come è organizzato uno stabilimento produttivo e come funziona un Sitema di Produzione secondo il modello One GPS
- Apprendere i principali indicatori di performance ed elaborare i dati per permettere la miglior interpretazione degli stessi
- Comprendere le tecniche di influenzamento e coaching per cooperare al cambiamento dell’organizzazione secondo il modello One GPS
- Conosce e applicare le policy e procedure interne a GSK
- Comprendere le dinamiche del dipartimento di Miglioramento continuo in una multinazionale farmaceutica
- Il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.
