GENERAL BACKGROUND:
Proven experience in following fields:
Manufacturing Engineering, Product/Process validation, Process Engineering, Product/Plant Quality, Welding process and Deep Drawing (Stamping) and Forming Processes, Process Tolls Analysis. General knowledge of key industrial manufacturing processes Project management skills (excellent in defining projects scope and assigning responsibility) International Standard base knowledge Specific knowledge on Welding Standard and Raw Material Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities Leadership and consolidated experience in managing technical topics SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS:
Solid knowledge of related quality tools (APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PCPA/PSA, (Process control plan audit/ Potential Supplier Assessment), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), etc.), international standards, international Agency standards (ISO) Root Cause Analysis ability to validate the report received. Problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 8D, Ishikawa, pareto diagram etc.).EDUCATION:
Degree in Engineering (preferred:
Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, Automotive) Very good English knowledge (both spoken and written) SOFT SKILLS:
