HR Internship

We are looking for a talented trainee HR to join our Human Resources team in charge of Hotel Splendido & Splendido Mare.
Reporting to the HR manager, he/she will be mainly involved in the recruiting process and daily management of the department's activities, with a path of training and progressive empowerment.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Preparation of all collaterals for training events
- Reporting and maintain employee records and KPIs
- Providing support on projects and ad-hoc office tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent skills in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Previous experience in recruiting is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills
- Be a team player
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
