Reporting to the MEA Product and Service Support Manager, this position’s primary objectives are to maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction and repeat sales within their MEA Dealers. In addition, the development and implementation of industry initiatives designed to position CNH Industrial Construction Segment as leader in Digital and Technology for Customers. Key areas of responsibility:
Mechanical Engineering qualification would be a benefit Qualified Red Seal Mechanic or N6 National Technical Diploma Bachelor’s in mechanical, Agriculture, Business, or technical equivalent degree Key Competencies:

- Good communication skills (English is essential). French & Arabic Advantage - Technical background with experience in a technical and parts service related activity - Knowledge of Construction Equipment products would be an advantage Managed a dealer Workshop environment Good understanding of ERP and Dealer portal systems
