Spa Therapist

Job Overview:

- The role of the Spa Therapist is to assist guests, offering advice on available paths and treatments, in accordance with the established protocols. They will be in charge of the organisation and cleaning of guest cabins, changing rooms, and all areas of the Bathhouse Spa, as well as the linen management and the management of the cabin products.Responsibilities and duties:

- Will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
- Will implement the operational protocols according to the instructions received.
- Will correctly fill in the daily check sheets on a daily basis.
- Will respect the shift change briefing.
- Will carefully complete the unpacking forms for cabin products.
- Will carefully complete the linen check form.
- Will produce daily reports
- Will be responsible for cleaning the cabins and changing rooms.
- Will follow the SOPs provided and explained by the manager.
- Will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details.
- Will proactively be involved in teamwork and cooperate with every co-worker.
- Will correctly use and maintain equipment and materials supplied.
- Will implement all information shared during training.
