**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Quotation Management ( Review Customer expectation, Align Customer requests with Account Mangers, Enter the RFQ into CRM, Alignment with production plant, quote follow up)
- Sample and Tooling order Management ( Enter Order into system, Align with production plants, Coordinate delivery dates and issue the invoice)
- Handling of customer specific prices in SAP and managing price increases in alignment with account managers
- Customer master data management
- Handling of Debit/Credit notes for pricing issues
- Working on customer’s web portals
- Management of Customer specific requirements (CSR)
- Support Customer Contracts
- Support SCM agreements for top customers
- Support in customer planning process : Regular update of annual forecasts & contracts
- Supplier evaluations
- Collect customer feedback and provide to the organization
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure they are meeting customer’s needs
**Qualifications**:
- University / college degree ( Business, Sales, Technical related)
- 2-3 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Familiarity with sales process management systems (MS CRM)
- Excellent PC related skills including Microsoft Office Suite (preferred EXCEL, Outlook), ERP (SAP)
- Customer oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on telephone skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Positive attitude; dependable
- Ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations to achieve targeted goals
