**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The individual in this role will be expected to support the Legal team in all the activities that require the involvement of the team from an internal and external perspective.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Support in the coordination of the negotiation process in the pre-contractual phase;
- Support in the drafting of pre-contractual documentation (e.g., letter of intent, memorandum of understandings and binding offers);
- Support in the drafting of legal opinion, memoranda and contracts.
- Carrying out legal research on legal databases.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in law.
- Excellent academic record will be considered a plus.
- Multi-lingual - Fluent in Italian and English (professional knowledge of English - speaking and writing - is a MUST).
- Relevant working experience (6/12 months) will be considered a plus.
- Post-graduate education program will be considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing and fast-growing environment.
- Highly collaborative and positively respondent to changes and new ideas.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Genuine interest in the sport and/or major event industry.
- Strong sense of integrity and highly confidential.
- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple matters.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Culturally aware and curious global citizen.
- Flexibility and comfort with an international environment.
