**About the Job**:

- As a MD you are expected to:

- Ensure that the global strategy is effectively adapted and executed within the local market while maintaining alignment with the parent company's long-term objectives.
- Act as a bridge between the local subsidiary and corporate management, balancing local market conditions with global corporate priorities.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective functioning of all departments.
- Collaborate with other functions to review and approve the annual budget and manage financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including partners, customers, and community members.
- Analyze and interpret local market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
- Represent the organization externally, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
- Lead and develop a high-performing management team.
- Recruit, retain, and develop local talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.
- Create a sales strategy that aligns with the global objectives but is tailored to the specific needs, challenges, and opportunities of the local market.
- Production, work and safety management.
- Global management of plant activities and internal organization.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**:

- Relevant academic qualifications, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and strategic resource allocation.
- A deep understanding of the industry and market trends influencing our organization.
- Deeply understand the local customer base, including their needs, pain points, buying behaviors, and preferences. This knowledge is crucial for customizing offerings and positioning the company’s products or services effectively.
- Ability to define technical and commercial strategies and lead the sales organization to achieve the best results.
- Knowledge of the rules and problems related to personnel management from a legal and administrative point of view.
