Umana S.p.A. cerca GLOBAL RELATIONS SPECIALIST per un’importante azienda del settore Logistica e Trasporti in zona Genova (GE).
**Responsabilità chiave**:
- Collaborare con il Team di Global Relations Specialist e Global Business Developer al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Esercitare i poteri di gestione che gli sono stati assegnati dai Global Business Developer, operando nel rispetto delle direttive ricevute e delle strategie approvate.
- Gestire i rapporti con i Clienti/Fornitori/Agenti.
- Rispondere del mancato raggiungimento e degli scostamenti degli obiettivi assegnati.
**Compiti e mansioni**:
- Predispone la documentazione commerciale di vario tipo, come gli ordini, le fatture proforma e le fatture passive.
- Si occupa delle offerte commerciali per i clienti, elaborandole direttamente o fornendo supporto nella loro preparazione.
- Svolge attività di data entry: inserisce e gestisce gli ordini di acquisito e gli ordini di vendita.
- Gestisce gli ordini di vendita, monitorandoli e occupandosi delle condizioni commerciali, delle date di consegna e della verifica dei pagamenti.
- Gestisce provvigioni agenti.
- Gestisce le anagrafiche dei clienti e dei prodotti.
- Può essere richiesto supporto nell’organizzare le visite alle principali fiere internazionali di settore o visite presso fornitori / clienti.
- Qualora fosse necessario potrebbero essere richieste trasferte in Italia, Europa o ExraUE per partecipazione a fiere/incontri con partners commerciali.
- Infine, può venire richiesto a questo ruolo di ideare o di collaborare alla preparazione delle strategie di marketing o di digital marketing.
**Requisiti del Candidato**:
- _Formazione_: Laurea Triennale o Magistrale, preferibilmente in ambito economico.
- _Lingua_: Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese (B/C) sia parlata che scritta. Ulteriori lingue sono considerate un plus.
- _Competenze Informatiche_: Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office.
- _Esperienza_: Pregressa esperienza in ruoli simili rappresenta un requisito fondamentale.
- _Caratteristiche Personali_: Capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione, orientamento ai risultati, analisi critica, attitudine al team-working, flessibilità e proattività.
- Orario_: Dal lunedì al venerdì, 8.00/13.00 - 14.00/17.00.
Si offre contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato, scopo assuntivo
