**RUOLO**
**Technical Sales Representative**
- Gestire un portafoglio di clienti in un'area designata, per eseguire il piano di vendita.
- Esaminare sistematicamente la base clienti per nuove opportunità, generare contatti e mantenere la collaborazione.
- Identificare, pianificare e sviluppare nuovi clienti in linea con i piani/target di sviluppo aziendale.
- Fornire un livello appropriato e concordato di contatto, servizio e supporto per garantire che gli obiettivi di vendita siano raggiunti.
- Monitorare regolarmente le vendite rispetto agli obiettivi concordati per garantire che vengano raggiunti
- Pianificare il proprio programma di visite in linea con i livelli di servizio concordati per quel segmento di clientela.
- Gestire le attività di supporto alle vendite nell'area designata.
- Raccogliere, segnalare e analizzare i feedback/informazioni dei clienti sulle tendenze di mercato presenti e future nel contesto di una possibile ulteriore penetrazione di mercato.
- Fornire formazione ai clienti sull'uso e l'applicazione dei prodotti, delle attrezzature e della documentazione sia presso la sede del cliente che all'interno del centro di formazione.
- Condurre e/o assistere nel processo di test nonché nell'implementazione di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie.
- Fornire relazioni periodiche sullo stato di avanzamento del business
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza lavorativa nel settore chimico o in qualsiasi ambiente industriale B2B.
- Esperienza lavorativa in ruoli commerciali, vendite e gestione di clienti strategici
- Inglese fluente
- Orientamento al cliente
- Luogo di lavoro: Treviso
