**Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Administration and Grant Account altamente motivato/a e organizzato/a, che si unisca al nostro team.**:
**Orario di lavoro**
Full time, ibrido

**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestione delle attività amministrative quotidiane, inclusi documentazione contabile, fatturazione e riconciliazione bancaria.
- Emissione degli ordini di acquisto, e inserimento dei dati nel sistema di controllo gestione, esecuzione dei pagamenti
- Partecipazione ai processi di import/export come supporto amministrativo alla gestione delle pratiche connesse
- Rapporti con lo studio commercialista, supporto nella predisposizione del bilancio aziendale e nella gestione della contabilità generale
- Rapporti con lo studio del consulente del lavoro, supporto in alcuni flussi relativi ai processi di Human Resources
- Partecipazione al flusso dei progetti finanziati, con particolare attenzione alla presentazione dei progetti, e alla rendicontazione economica.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa di alcuni anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti aziendali
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire relazioni con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza di base delle normative relative ai finanziamenti pubblici e privati
