Il nostro Cliente, storica realtà imprenditoriale operante nel settore metalmeccanico, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una Quality Manager di Gruppo.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa selezionata, a diretto riporto del Direttore Operativo, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Sviluppare, monitorare e mantenere i processi qualitativi aziendali (ISO 9001), gestendo contestualmente le relative certificazioni richieste;
- Coordinare le attività del team qualità del Gruppo;
- Supervisionare le attività di contenimento, prevenzione e controllo promosse dalla generazione delle “non conformità”;
- Realizzare e diffondere le reportistiche relative ai processi aziendali del Gruppo.

**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ideale risulta in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea Tecnica o Titolo di Studio equipollente;
- Esperienza pluriennale in ambito Qualità - produzione automotive;
- Conoscenza di processi industriali complessi;
- Conoscenza di SAP e applicativi Web Based;
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di Failure Analysis, Problem Solving e Continuous Improvement (6 sigma, DMAIC, ecc..);
- Esperienza nella gestione e introduzione di procedure aziendali.

Completano il profilo la predisposizione verso un approccio metodologico e pragmatico “Data Driven", una buona attitudine al Team working e orientamento al risultato.
