Per la nostra Filiale di Fidenza (PR) stiamo ricercando un/una Operations Manager da inserire nel "Progetto Vivier”.

Fornire ogni giorno a milioni di consumatori prodotti essenziali per alimentarsi nelle migliori condizioni di sicurezza.

**Il tuo percorso di crescita?**- Seguirai un iniziale percorso di integrazione nel mondo STEF per poi vederti affidati ruoli di Project Management, per i successivi 12/18 mesi, che saranno per te fondamentali per conoscere le logiche operative della nostra realtà- Alla fine del percorso ti verrà affidato un Ruolo Manageriale Operativo (es. Responsabile Filiale) all’interno di una delle Business Unit (Trasporto, Logistica o Frozen) in base alle opportunità presenti sul contesto STEF in Italia

**Il tuo profilo?**

Sei un/una professionista proveniente dal settore della Logistica e dei Trasporti, con circa quattro anni di esperienza in ruoli di media responsabilità e gestione di Team.

Possiedi una personalità carismatica, un’ottima attitudine alla leadership ed una grande curiosità, oltre a doti di problem solving.
