**Job Title**: Trade & Shopper Marketing Intern

Join the dynamic and inspiring **Trade Marketing Team** for Italy, Israel, and Greece in the Philips Personal Health division This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both in-store and online marketing, helping to drive excellence in execution.

**Your Role**:

- Conduct market and business analysis, including sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade, promo share, and display share across all Philips Personal Health categories.
- Support the execution of Strategic Account Plans by assisting with in-store and online activations (e.g., liaising with suppliers, requesting flyers, artwork, etc.).
- Brief agencies on the creation and production of Point of Sale (PoS) materials, ensuring they align with sales team requirements.
- Coordinate in-store merchandising, focusing on the quality and timely execution of tasks.
- Help develop online sales for Electrical Retail Specialists by proposing portfolio optimizations, enhancing content, and increasing brand visibility.

**You're the right fit if**:

- You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Marketing.
- You have a customer-first mindset, a proactive approach, and a desire to learn and grow.
- You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in both Italian and English.
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and are comfortable working with data.

**How we work together**:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
