Questa è un'interessante opportunità per entrare a far parte di un'azienda operante nel settore edile con il ruolo di Site Manager.
**Responsibilities**
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Programmazione ed organizzazione delle commesse;
- Pianificazione delle forniture dei subappaltatori;
- Controllo delle lavorazioni in cantiere;
- Collaborazione con il Direttore Lavori/Progettisti per la risoluzione delle problematiche di cantiere;
- Elaborazione dell'elenco e della distinta dei materiali progettuali;
- Caricamento dei dati gestionali (CPM).
**Your Profile**
Si richiede:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza delle normative e delle procedure in ambito edilizio;
- Capacità di gestire e coordinare le attività in cantiere;
- Ottima capacità di problem solving e di gestione delle risorse;
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
Si offre assunzione diretta con inquadramento e RAL commisurati all’esperienza.
