**About the role**:
We are looking for a Recruiter Specialist, to attract the best talents.
The position reports to the Recruitment Center Manager and it is part of a brand-new team that is in charge of Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding activities for Ferrero Italy.

**Main tasks**:
Covering this position, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities to attract the best talents to our organization.
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

You will be also responsible for the quality of the digital data and KPIs related to Recruitment activities, that you will have to collect, analyze, and communicate to our top management.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your Master Degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication or related and your 2-4 years of experience as Recruiter or Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Business Partner.

You are a creative, flexible, results-oriented, problem-solver, with excellent communication skills and networking attitude.
You are a good team player, with a high level of autonomy and the capability to manage processes and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
