Painting Operator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our recently built paint facility within the Bath factory, working in a proactive role supporting the wider team delivering high quality work.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be part of a team paint operators who represent part of Rotork’s operations department.

In the role you will ensure paint, blast, pre-wash and quality standards are maintained, ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times and ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed at time of work.

This role would suit a person who can communicate concisely, is able to work as part of a team and is enthusiastic to learn new skills.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Has experience of working with various types of spray equipment and shot blasting
- Understands paint products and systems.
- Awareness of Health and Safety, Fire and Environmental Policies
- Be adaptable and be able to work in other areas of production.
- Be flexible to work overtime to meet customers’ requirements.
- Be an excellent team player.
