PROJECT FABRICATION MANAGER
Nell’ambito della Funzione Offshore Wind Fabrication, la figura che stiamo cercando sarà responsabile di assicurare la gestione delle attività di fabrication nell’ambito dei progetti nel loro complesso per quanto riguarda gli aspetti organizzativi, finanziari, tecnologici e contrattuali, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti.

Compiti
- Esprimere le esigenze di fabbricazione durante la fase E&
P (ad esempio, Make or Buy, Costruibilità, Gestione dei materiali) identificando l'equilibrio ottimale tra tempi, costi e fattibilità
- Assicurare la corretta analisi dei contratti e la revisione dei documenti contrattuali;
- Supervisionare gli aspetti economici e finanziari, definendo la metodologia più appropriata da applicare per rispettare gli indicatori economici di fattibilità del progetto;
- Definire le strategie del progetto e lo scope of work di ciascuna funzione coinvolta (ad es. piano di proposta, architettura del progetto, organizzazione del progetto, piano di esecuzione del progetto, piano di fattibilità);
- Approvare e supervisionare le attività di pianificazione e controllo dei costi con il supporto degli altri ruoli dell’organizzazione di progetto, implementando le azioni correttive necessarie per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti;
- Definire la struttura dei costi dell'offerta e approvare la stima dei costi con il supporto dell'Estimatore;
- Gestire lafase di chiarimento post offerta con il Cliente;
- Partecipare alle negoziazioni con il Cliente per raggiungere un accordo sui prezzi, sugli aspetti commerciali, contrattuali e tecnici della proposta e dei variation order;
- Supervisionare le attività di ingegneria e di approvvigionamento in sede;
nonché di fabbricazionein cantiere e offshore;
- Supervisionare le attività di progetto di competenza per quanto riguarda la qualità e le tematiche HSE, con il supporto degli altri ruoli dell'organizzazione del progetto;
- Assicurarel'emissione dei report di progetto;
- Garantire la raccolta dei feedback di progetto e l'emissione dei report finali (ad esempio, Cost Closure Report, Close-out Report, ecc.);
- Assicurarel'assistenza al cliente durante il periodo di garanzia.

Prerequisiti
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 3 anni nello stesso ruolo o in un ruolo similare, preferibilmente in realtà internazionali.
- Conoscenza approfondita, con esperienza diretta in questo settore
- Fluente in inglese sia scritto che parlato
- Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero per uffici e cantieri
