**DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO**
- Si occupa della programmazione operativa, del coordinamento e del controllo delle ditte subappaltatrici e degli addetti alle manutenzioni, nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali e delle procedure aziendali
- Monitora e supervisiona le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria
- Assicura la gestione delle risorse, pianificando le attività manutentive e definendo turni di lavoro e modalità più adeguate ed efficienti di erogazione del servizio
- Assicura il rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali, monitorando i KPI, il rispetto degli SLA e della normativa in materia di ambiente e sicurezza
- Compila e sottoscrive i permessi delle lavorazioni che saranno effettuate in sito
- Redige, verifica e discute la contabilità e la preventivazione extra-canone
- Gestisce attivamente il sistema informatico di ticketing del Cliente

**REQUISITI**
- Formazione técnica, preferibilmente Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Gestione del Costruito, Edile o similare)
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende operanti nel settore del Facility management
- Conoscenza delle principali disposizioni normative in materia di sicurezza, conduzione impianti termici, elettrici, antincendio, speciali e servizi soft (pulizie, facchinaggio, guardiania, ecc.).
- Buona conoscenza técnica, economica e commerciale delle attività di gestione immobiliare, di progettazione-organizzazione dei servizi di manutenzione, delle metodiche di verifica e rilevazione dei risultati e dell'attività di monitoraggio delle prestazioni complessive dell'edificio e del patrimonio
- Buona conoscenza di applicativi informatici (Pacchetto Office, Autocad, Archibus, Project e Visio)
- Preferibile possesso del corso e attestato da PREPOSTO
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (livello minimo richiesto, B1)
- Presenza full time sul sito del Cliente e disponibilità a turni occasionali nei giorni festivi per lo svolgimento di attività sensibili impattanti sulla produzione
- Completano il profilo, buone doti di leadership e teamworking, dinamismo, buona gestione dello stress e spirito d'iniziativa.
