Il ruolo:
Il/la Specialized PoS Sales Associate Manager è quella figura che si occupa di gestire, dal punto di vista commerciale, i punti vendita Specializzati dell’azienda (Gaming Hall, Betting Shop) sia Branded che Unbranded.
Cosa farai:
- Opererai sull'area della Lombardia;
- Dovrai raggiungere degli obiettivi, anche economici, dell’area assegnata con costante monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI di business;
- Dovrai gestire dei prodotti e dei servizi presenti nei punti vendita in ottica di massimizzarne la prestazione;
- Dovrai sviluppare nuove opportunità sul territorio, sia da competitor che in aree ad alto potenziale;
- Dovrai monitorare il territorio e i competitor per avere costantemente una percezione reale del mercato;
- Ti verrà richiesto di porre costante attenzione al portafoglio clienti in essere e visite frequenti ai punti vendita.
Chi sei:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturata in aziende del settore Gaming e Betting;
- Mostri una profonda conoscenza del mercato, dei prodotti e dei servizi trattati e delle dinamiche presenti all’interno dei punti vendita specializzati;
- Hai una profonda conoscenza del territorio ed essere in possesso di una forte rete di contatti;
- Dimostri comprovata conoscenza della contrattualistica di settore e della normativa ad esso legata;
- Sai fare budgeting attraverso ottime doti analitiche e di negoziazione e gestione della relazione;
- Hai capacità comunicative e di ascolto;
- Mostri forte motivazione e orientamento al risultato;
- Hai un' elevata capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione autonoma del lavoro.
