Per Azienda cliente operante nel settore degli imballaggi in plastica, cerchiamo:
CONTROLLER
Mantenere un adeguato sistema di controllo dell’andamento della gestione aziendale, del monitoraggio dei risultati economici, degli indicatori di business e di gestione interna secondo il sistema aziendale di controllo di gestione.
Reporting su base mensile sull'andamento delle attività, inclusa un'analisi dettagliata del margine, delle spese generali e dell'andamento dei costi aziendali.
Supportare il CFO nella definizione e/o la revisione dei processi e delle procedure aziendali lavorando in stretta collaborazione con tutti i dipartimenti dell'azienda, contribuendo a identificare i cambiamenti necessari e le implementazioni di sistema se necessarie.
**Gestione della contabilità analitica**:
allineamento contabilità generale ed eventuali registrazioni contabili per la corretta ripartizione secondo la procedura aziendale
Collaborare con il team amministrativo per garantire l'accuratezza dei dati finanziari e fornire supporto alle chiusure contabili mensili ed eventuale supporto contabile.
Supportare le decisioni di business con dati e analisi finanziarie richieste
**Requisiti**:
Laurea in economia e commercio e preferibilmente formazione di base in ragioneria
Esperienza maturata come controller in azienda (preferibilmente medio/piccole)
Approfondita conoscenza della contabilità industriale.
Attitudine al lavoro in team.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta B2
**SI offre**:
contratto diretto a tempo indeterminato;
RAL commisurata all'esperienza della risorsa;
**Orario di Lavoro**:
Full Time da Lunedi a Venerdì 8.30 -17.30 con un'ora di pausa. Non è previsto smartworking
