- Global Collaboration: Professional-level English proficiency, open to 20-30% international travel.

Skills Needed for success in the role:

- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Project Management Expertise: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent; proficiency in project management tools.
- Strategic Insight: Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project-related software and tools.
- Negotiation Skills: Contract negotiation and conflict resolution experience.
