Responsabilit:
Configurazione e sviluppo applicativo della piattaforma in coerenza alla strategia Sales&Service Collaborazione con il team funzionale per la definizione delle analisi e delle stime Supporto alla risoluzione delle problematiche legate allarea CRM Verifica del correttoutilizzo delle procedure da parte degli utenti Requisiti tecnici:
Conoscenza dellambiente Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing e Customer Service) e Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps e Power Automate) Configurazione di Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione (Javascript, HTML/CSS e NAV) Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office Grande passione per la tecnologia e curiosit nelladottarla in un contesto di business Predilezione per il lavoro di gruppo con mentalit internazionale Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o comprovato background informatico La certificazione ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Scrum, Agile o altre legate a piattaforme di sviluppo saranno considerate un vantaggio Nice-to-have:
Conoscenza dei servizi di Microsoft Azure Conoscenza della piattaforma PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBi Soft Skills:
