Il Purchasing Manager rispondendo alla Direzione Generale si occupa di:
Programmare, coordinare e gestire le attività di acquisto ed approvvigionamento di materiali diretti (materie prime, componenti semilavorati), indiretti e servizi Gestire commercialmente i conto-lavoristi In fase di preventivazione, fornire supporto per la definizione dei costi dei materiali da approvvigionare Definire i contratti di acquisto con i fornitori seguendo le procedure aziendali Monitorare gli aspetti critici delle forniture e l'andamento delle scorte Redigere, in collaborazione con la direzione ed il CFO di gruppo, i budget di acquisto e monitorarne gli scostamenti Eseguire le ricerche di mercato per individuare fornitori alternativi e ottimali rispetto alle esigenze dell'azienda Negoziare le offerte ricevute Implementare un piano per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di saving concordati con la direzione aziendale Gestire la valutazione dei fornitori per il sistema di qualitàaziendale Sviluppare ed implementare procedure e strategie di procurement Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni relative ai fornitori su supporto informatico, compresi listini e cataloghi Elaborare programmi di miglioramento e crescita dei fornitori strategici Organizzare la funzione acquisti e procurement, fornendo adeguato coaching alle risorse esistenti, proponendo e implementando un modello organizzativo più efficace ed efficiente Requisiti:
Esperienza di almeno 10 anni maturata in posizione analoga su acquisto di materia prima acciaio in coil, in aziende del settore automotive e contesti manifatturieri caratterizzati da produzioni in serie
Laurea
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
Conoscenza del gestionale SAP
Conoscenza delle tecniche di analisi del mercato e del Marketing e competenze in materia di contrattualistica commerciale e in campo amministrativo-organizzativo
Ottime doti di negoziazione
