Adecco Italia Spa ricerca, per lo staff interno della filiale di Sesto Fiorentino, un/a Junior HR Generalist per inserimento con stage curriculare.
- gestione documentazione e comunicazioni relative ai lavoratori somministrati;
- attivazione e monitoraggio corsi di formazione per i lavoratori somministrati;
- gestione centralino e front office;
- supporto nelle attività legate ai vari iter di selezione.

Requisiti:

- Iscrizione a un corso di studi (universitario o master) con possibilità di svolgere uno stage curriculare;
- grande passione per il mondo delle risorse umane;
- spirito di iniziativa, attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi;
- capacità di inserirsi in un team, costruendo relazioni di reciproca collaborazione.

Cosa offriamo:

Inserimento in stage curriculare della durata di 6 mesi, prorogabile.
