Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) ist ein kostenpflichtiger B2B-Service, der darauf abzielt, relevante Marken bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Amazon zu unterstützen.

Als Brand Specialist im AVS-Team erhältst du einen 360-Grad-Einblick in alle Bereiche des E-Commerce auf EU-Ebene, bist für die End-to-End-Beziehung mit unseren strategisch wichtigsten Marken verantwortlich und berätst diese als Business-Experte. Du definierst und implementierst gemeinsam mit der Marke maßgeschneiderte Maßnahmen, um die Performance zu steigern, überwachst täglich die Erfolgskennzahlen und stellst sicher, dass die Markenerfahrung mit dem AVS-Service auf höchstem Niveau ist.

Key job responsibilities
In Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Funktionen im Retail-Bereich, wie z. B. Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance und Marketing, wird sich die Rolle auf bis zu vier entscheidende Geschäftsbereiche konzentrieren:

- Beratung: Identifiziere Chancen anhand von Datenanalysen und leite Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung von Umsatz und Marge ab.
- Selection: Unterstütze dabei die Produktauswahl zu vergrößern, indem du die Einführung neuer Produkte managst und die Auffindbarkeit verbesserst.
- Availability: Fördere die operative Exzellenz der Lieferkette, indem du Kosten, Defekte und Sendungszeiten reduzierst und den Bestand in unserem Fulfillment Center verwaltest.
- Promotion and Funding: Planen und Implementieren von Werbeaktionen und Verbessern des Kundenerlebnisses auf Amazon durch erweiterte Inhalte auf Detailseiten. Gib Empfehlungen für die Marketing
- und Werbekampagnen der Marke, um neue Produkte zu bewerben/den Traffic oder die Conversion zu erhöhen.
