Since its launch in 2016 on the Italian market, our **Munich and Milan-based teams** have quickly grown the business to a solid customer base and raised several investments. As the leading **solution for Practice Management & Patient-Engagement**, we are looking for a **_Field Sales Representative_** to join our growing _Sales Team_.

**Type of Job**:Full-time (_Monday - Friday | 09.00 - 18.00_)

Meet our Team

**What will you do in your role?**
- Talk to prospects with the **goal of scheduling a product demo**:

- Conduct **demonstrations of the product **with the** goal of selling a subscription**:

- Take part in marketing and sales meetings to **coordinate campaigns**:

- **Input constructive feedback** for improving marketing and sales synergistically

The salary is composed of a **fixed compensation** and a **performance-based bonus**

**Your Team**:
**Brand new Field Sales Team in Turin**

The team will be managed in an Agile method with rotating Scrum masters and the managing and operational assistance of the Head of Field Sales, who will always be in close contact with the **local team, the global team and the founders**.

In your role, you will directly report to the** Head of Field Sales** and have daily comparisons with colleagues across several functions in AlfaDocs.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of Sales experience
- At least 1-2 years of **Outbound (cold) calling** and/or **Door-to-Door** experience
- Affinity with tech/innovation solutions.
- Ability to **quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems.**:

- Experience working in a **fast-paced, agile environment where things change very quickly.**:

- Empathy, listening skills, problem solving mindset and stress management.
- **Excellent Italian communication capabilities,** fluent in English (our company language)
- If applicable, availability to relocate to Turin, Italy.

**Bonus requirements**:

- Experience in SaaS companies and/or in Health Organizations
