La risorsa selezionata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Supporto telefonico e via mail a negozi e centri AFSS locali per la gestione delle procedure di riparazione e di assistenza clienti;Gestione amministrativa dei flussi di riparazione, dalla ricezione del prodotto dalla rete sales fino all'individuazione delle riparazioni da eseguire e delle parti di ricambio necessarie sulla base degli input forniti dal Tecnico Post Vendita;Assegnazione delle riparazioni a tecnici e officine sulla base del tipo di intervento necessario e registrazione dei relativi dati su sistema gestionale aziendale;Gestione del processo di escalation verso i subappaltatori e/o altri centri di assistenza;Coordinamento del flusso delle riparazioni, dando la giusta priorità agli interventi e pianificando il carico di lavoro giornaliero dell'officina;Stima dei costi di riparazione in collaborazione con il tecnico post-vendita, invio del preventivo alla rete commerciale e controllo della fatturazione;
- Elaborazione di statistiche e report.

Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione o in ruoli analoghi;
- Ottima capacità di analisi dati e conoscenza avanzata di Excel;
- Buona conoscenza di SAP;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese scritto e orale (livello C1);
- Efficacia operativa e orientamento al Cliente;
- Capacità di team working.
Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza técnica/qualitativa dei gioielli.
