**Job Description**:
Your Challenge
For LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, we look for you: a passionate Global HR Specialist, responsible to ensure that the execution of HR processes, projects, initiatives, and services is globally aligned within the HR team of the business unit.

Actively co-steer and contribute to ongoing HR projects, initiatives, and work activities across multiple disciplines with a global/regional scope within the business unit
Understand the business challenges and contribute to customized HR solutions which serve the global and local needs and support the BU reach its growth targets
Contribute to the implementation of the HR Strategy in the business areas
Ensure seamless communication within the HR team across the regions and to other corporate functions when needed
Act in a consultative and project managing role towards Center of Expertise to ensure delivery excellence as well as usability and effectiveness of HR products, services, and systems
Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance initiatives, products & services, policies & procedures as well as systems
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered

Your Profile

**Education**: University degree in associated disciplines such as Business Sciences; Organizational Management; Psychology/Social Sciences as well legal background

**Experience**: 5+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable role. Experience in simultaneously implementing different HR initiatives, processes, or projects

**Required Skills**: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels. Ability to execute with a great achievement orientation and an outstanding customer focus

**Preferred Skills**: Empathy, analytical thinking, organization awareness, flexibility

**Languages**: Fluency in English (written and spoken), second language appreciated

**Other**: International experience is a plus
