**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a **talented Producer **who will be responsible for all the **Adv&Digital Production Management Activites**, managing the Production and Post-Production projects in all the phases, from the tender to the delivery of the master.

Directly reporting to the Production Management Head, you will support research for new music campaigns, direct relation management with Record companies or specialized suppliers and interface with internal (Central/Local Marketing) and external (Record companies, production companies...) stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manages and follows the production project in all the phases, from the pitch until the on air brodacast, being responsible for the delivery by the scheduled timing
- Proposes the suppliers for these activities, in collaboration with Creatives team and Purchasing Office
- Manages the negotiation phase with suppliers according to the budget received
- Coordinates the work with the Account team
- Organizes and participates to PPM, to shooting and to post production
- Supervises the production paper archive management updated with all the relative documentation
- Checks the compliance with policy, rules and process of the Group (content production process, Legal and Procurement policy)

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Degree in Arts, Cinema, Media Production, Performing Arts or related fields
- At least 3 years in production houses with the role of producer
- Knowledge of the audio and video production and post-production process and contents
- Dynamic, flexible, proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in team and independently
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Flexibility & Problem solving
- Project Management & Negotiation skills
- Availability for business trips
- Previous experiences in international environment are a plus

**IT Skills**
- Excellent PC command (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Languages**
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Any other languages are considered a plus
