Tender Specialist

TENDER SPECIALIST (fixed 10-12 months term, maternity substitution) - Hybrid role

This is a key position which provides support to Customers, Sales and Service teams in all forms and medias. This will include but is not limited in fishing of Public Tenders and supporting the preparation of all documents needed to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives (internally and externally).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyses of tender specifications including crucial delivery conditions, legal basis, contract details and technical specification
- Hunting on the platforms proactively the tenders publication (public and aggregator)
- Supports Full tender documentation and enclosures preparation
- Follow up on tender status, changes in deadlines and technical specifications
- Documentation management - current and archived tenders
- Edit supplementary documents for tenders such as explanations, additions, delivery notes, catalog cards and marketing material
- Verify contract templates and final versions
- Prepare and deliver contracts for signature and realization (Post-Gara)
- Ensure the update of the Administrative documents of the company required in the tenders
- Send all relevant documentation for changing prices and bid declarations to the customer service office
- Write and send letters to customers for the replacement of products referred to by a modification relating to the contract and the related analysis of the price situation; send copies to the offices concerned
- Acquire sufficient knowledge of the company's products to allow an initial understanding of the offer
- Keep the Manager informed of all internal and external events that may cause efficiency in office procedures
