Cerchiamo un Inside Sales Account Executive competente, motivato e ambizioso che si unisca al nostro team, riportando direttamente al direttore commerciale. Se ami gestire un portafoglio clienti consolidato ed acquisire nuovo business, questo potrebbe essere il ruolo adatto a te.
RESPONSABILITÀ
- Sarai direttamente responsabile del mantenimento e dell'espansione della nostra base clienti gestendo un portafoglio consolidato di valore, avendo cura di gestirne e garantirne la crescita.
- Creerai piani di vendita dettagliati, gestirai i tuoi obiettivi di vendita ed il tuo target gestendo l'intero ciclo di vendita.
- Sarai attivo nella ricerca di potenziali clienti e lead utilizzando tutti gli strumenti aziendali disponibili.
- Costruirai solide relazioni con i clienti identificando opportunità di up-selling e cross-selling.
- Supporterai i clienti, aiutandoli a scoprire le caratteristiche e i vantaggi dei nostri nuovi prodotti e servizi.
**Requirements**:
OMPETENZE/ESPERIENZA/SOFT SKILL
Essenziale
- 3-5 anni di Esperienza come Sales Account Executive o ruolo simile
- Competenze ed esperienza nella vendita di servizi digitali e nel servizio clienti
- Buone capacità di negoziazione nella pianificazione delle vendite e nella gestione della pipeline
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Office
- Buona conoscenza del software CRM (Salesforce è un vantaggio)
- Senso di appartenenza e orgoglio per le tue prestazioni e il loro impatto sul successo dell’azienda
- Pensatore critico e capacità di problem solving
- Team player dotato di una cultura del feedback
- Buone capacità di gestione del tempo
- Grandi capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione
- Entusiasta e appassionato
- Esperienza nel coltivare account esistenti e nell'acquisire nuovi affari
- Predisposizione al lavoro di vendita end-to-end, dalla conversione dei lead all'onboarding dei clienti e alla gestione dell'account
- Ogni esperienza (anche non accademica) in ambito Digitale è considerato un vantaggio come la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Auspicabile
- Esperienza nella vendita di prodotti SaaS o software e di lavoro in veste técnica
