**Per prestigiosa azienda settore elettronico selezioniamo un/una Payroll Specialist.**
**La risorsa, sotto supervisione del responsabile, sarà responsabile per la gestione del ciclo di pagamento dell'azienda.**
**Responsabilità**:
**Gestire ed elaborare il ciclo di presenze e pagamento, compresi i calcoli delle retribuzioni, delle tasse e delle ritenute previdenziali.**
**Assicurarsi che i pagamenti vengano effettuati in modo preciso e puntuale, rispettando le scadenze fissate.**
**Collaborare con il dipartimento delle risorse umane per garantire che i dati relativi ai dipendenti siano accurati e aggiornati.**
**Rispondere alle domande dei dipendenti riguardanti il pagamento e le tasse.**
**Mantenere la conformità con le normative fiscali e previdenziali in vigore.**
**Elaborare le dichiarazioni fiscali e previdenziali necessarie per la presentazione alle autorità competenti.**
**Monitorare le modifiche alle normative fiscali e previdenziali e aggiornare le procedure di pagamento di conseguenza.**
**Collaborare con il team di contabilità per garantire che i registri contabili siano accurati e aggiornati.**
**Fornire assistenza durante le revisioni fiscali e previdenziali.**

**Requisiti richiesti**:
**Laurea in contabilità, finanza o un campo correlato.**
**Esperienza comprovata come Payroll Specialist o in un ruolo simile.**
**Conoscenza approfondita delle normative fiscali e previdenziali in vigore.**
**Ottima capacità di utilizzo dei software di contabilità e di elaborazione delle paghe.**
**Forti capacità di comunicazione e di gestione delle relazioni interpersonali.**
**Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con altri dipartimenti dell'azienda.**
**Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di rispettare le scadenze fissate.**

**Orario full time.**
**Inserimento immediato; il livello di inquadramento sarà oggetto di colloquio.**

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
