**About the Role**:
As **Warehouse Clerk** you will perform activities according to the internal norms of Establishment Labs and with the applicable regulatory requirements, including operational knowledge within controlled conditions under the norms ISO 2001:2008 and ISO 13485. You will comply with your obligation of performing activities ethically with all the departments composing the company. Under general supervision, you will perform tasks related with the correct use of the SAP system.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and focus to manage and maintain a high level of warehouse operation.
- Be responsible for correct handling of all transactions in SAP and all related matters such as all storing and filing of physical and electronical records.
- Maintain a 5S standard in the warehouse. Conduct monthly GMP walks to realize this.
- Plan, prepare and conduct quarterly inventory counts. Analyze the results and make the necessary corrections so that physical inventory levels always correspond with inventory levels in SAP.
- Develop to carry and steer the vision of the warehouse. Translate this into daily, short
- and long-term focus points and objectives.
- Anticipate work load and exceptional assignments.
- Be responsible to comply with external and internal audits.
- Handle complaints in the electronical complaint system. Investigate, give feedback and find solutions and structural improvements for every complaint.
- Be responsible to realize the standard and expectations of the Quality Department, hereby maintaining a pleasant contact with the quality department.
- Label all warehouse supplies and finished products properly.
- Request purchase orders for out-of-stock material.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Italian advance or native and English proficient.
- From 3 to 4 years of experience in Warehaouse and inventory.
- Good knowledge of data sheets, word processor, presentation software and SAP.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Operational knowledge within controlled conditions under the ISO 2001:2008 and ISO 13485 standards.
